Engram's development team is small and cosy. We've worked together but also took care of each others. Indiedev's, and especially student one's, life can be tough and lines between work and rest get easily blurred. 

At Engram's team we look after each and make sure all are doing well. There's no shame telling you're tired or insecure. It's humane! Together we're strong, learn - and make great games :)
